Responsibilities

As a member of the Harvey Norman Integrated Planning Team and based onsite at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you will manage stock allocations and replenishments to franchise stores while supporting the planning function. Collaborating closely with the Merchandise Planner, you will analyse sales trends, monitor deliveries, and maintain optimal stock levels.

You will also;

  • Provide comprehensive reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up on aged orders with suppliers and process purchase order cancellations.
  • Document and acknowledge enquiries, maintaining necessary registers and records.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication with business stakeholders and team members.
  • Execute administrative tasks required to support the function and the team.
