Fulton Hogan Industries are currently looking for an experienced Administrator/Allocator to join the Ormeau Surfacing team. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and effectively collaborating with the spray seal and asphalt teams. Your Contribution Coordinating internal & external Surfacing teams. Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of reports and paperwork. Liaising with key stakeholders, managing and assisting with plant requirements for the allocated jobs. Coordinating Operator’s shifts and assisting with related administrative duties. Coordinating bitumen and aggregate deliveries. You will have proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in construction. In addition: Knowledge of spray sealing and asphalt works is preferred but not essential. Willingness to learn and be part of a team as well as an ability to work autonomously. Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team. Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention-to-detail, and a focus on quality outcomes. Intermediate computer literacy data entry and cost monitoring. Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
