What you’ll be doing
The Allocator ensures the optimal distribution of inventory across B2B and B2C channels, maintaining product availability for retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts. This role focuses on inventory planning, replenishment, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure smooth supply chain operations

I -Define and execute the initial allocation strategy for seasonal products across stores, ensuring alignment with assortment and demand plans.

  • Build and maintain inventory and replenishment plans, considering store space availability, delivery frequency, and stock requirements.
  • Adjust min-max levels, safety stock, and days of coverage parameters to optimize inventory levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of replenishment orders to ensure timely stock availability across channels.
  • Manage markdown and promotional inventory push initiatives to align with sales and clearance strategies.
  • Support the execution of promotional activities by ensuring adequate stock availability at the right locations.
  • Track and execute inventory balance between stores, MFC (Digital) and hub to manage ISA across all networks
  • Optimize store-to-store stock transfers to balance inventory levels across the network and meet dynamic demand.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to coordinate upcoming delivery volumes and ensure operational readiness at the store level.
  • Manage retail store requests of additional stock or ranging, de-ranging of stock
  • Generate and process B2B orders based on requests and omnichannel stock allocations arbitrated by planning teams.
  • Monitor the performance of B2B inventory distribution to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize allocation and inventory distribution.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with retail teams, B2B stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and replenishment strategies to support operational goals.
