You strive to exceed the objectives in terms of service and customer experience; You ensure that the spa always looks its best, so that customers can experience peace and quiet; You provide excellent service to our customers and act in accordance with the Rituals DNA; You report to the (Assistant) Spa Manager. Various contract hours are available: based on 0 hours and fixed hours. Qualifications - A beautician diploma is required; - Experience in connective tissue techniques and gel polish is an advantage; - An authentic personality and genuine customer service skills: you make our customers and colleagues happy; - Strong communication skills: you are confident and easily connect with others; - You are interested in people's inner beauty and want to be ‘best in class’ in your field; - Authorization to work in the Netherlands and you live here; - Flexible availability. You are willing and able to work during the week and at weekends. As a Beautician, you will play an important commercial role in our Spa. You will show our customers how you can create a moment of happiness with little effort. You will always help customers in a friendly manner, with attention and a smile. While enjoying a cup of Rituals tea, you will tell customers our story and that of our Rituals. You ensure that customers have a unique experience during their treatment and always assist them in a friendly manner, with attention and a smile. In doing so, you share our personal philosophy, deep down and with our customers. In short: you are a stylish, service-oriented, and enthusiastic asset to House of Rituals.

Responsibilities

As a Beautician, you will create unique experiences for customers while providing excellent service. You will ensure the spa maintains a peaceful atmosphere and embody the Rituals philosophy.
