Competitive cheer experience required for this position. This position also requires travel between both locations. As a competitive team coach at World Elite, your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience for both parents and athletes alike. You'll be working with high energy individuals who are passionate about the sport and are looking for a collaborative and creative atmosphere to thrive in. Your experience levels of 1-6 will be put to the test as you work with athletes of varying skill levels to help them reach their full potential. Your knowledge of the sport will be a key asset in your role as a coach. You'll be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry, and you'll be responsible for sharing that knowledge with your athletes. You'll work closely with other coaches to develop training plans that are tailored to each athlete's individual needs, ensuring that they're challenged and motivated every step of the way.
