Salary Range: $15.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Licensing: Must be willing to obtain the appropriate Allstate insurance licenses within the first 30 days of employment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using digital communication tools and online platforms for customer interaction and training purposes.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while achieving targets.
Availability: Must be able to attend regular virtual meetings and training sessions.
