About the job: Job Purpose & Objectives Support the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) function in the region. Execute daily treasury operations with a focus on money market instruments to optimize funding mix and funding cost while ensuring risk and liquidity levels are aligned with the local regulations and internal policies of the Bank. Key Responsibilities Support to monitor Hong Kong, Singapore & Tokyo branches Balance Sheets in compliance with regulations and internal policies. Coordinate with Shanghai and Taipei branches in various initiatives. Coordinate with Operations Department to ensure smooth execution and settlement of treasury transactions. Develop and enhance tools for daily cash flow monitoring and forecasting, and FTP pricing for different products. Assist in Investment Management for the Treasury portfolio. Liaise with Finance and Global ALM to ensure that all internal Policies are timely and properly deployed in Asian branches Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree holder in Science, Engineering or Business 5+ years of experience in Liquidity management and/or Treasury functions in the region Experience in the banking industry in Hong Kong and/or Singapore Good understanding of local treasury regulations Knowledge & Skills Strong technical product knowledge Proficiency in applying technology and AI for processes automation and complex financial analysis. Bloomberg, Reuters & Treasury front office applications Fluent in English is a must.
