Adobe is looking for an Alpha & Beta Program Manager to help us validate the customer experience during the software development lifecycle for Adobe’s Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate possesses a strong program management background and has experience leading multiple large, highly technical customer-facing projects. They succeed in an enterprise cloud environment and are not hindered by ambiguity or balancing priorities and multiple projects. This means you are not only developing and driving high-level critical initiatives, but you will also dig in alongside your teammates and bring the project across the finish line.
As a Program Manager, you will build and drive alpha and beta programs end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with peers to define the alpha/beta strategy and plan; recruiting and maintaining an engaged pool of alpha/beta participants; working with Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering Program Management to build and deliver regular customer testing assignments and knock down hurdles customers may run into; and identify, raise, and ensure significant problems in the program are addressed. You will identify and assess metrics to measure success and will relentlessly advocate for the user to ensure the product meets the release criteria. You should have experience working in a product development environment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail (like an accountant!), excellent customer interpersonal skills, and a knack for automating processes to support scaling.
Be the customers’ advocate while working with product partners at multiple levels across the product development organization.
Continually identify ways to innovate, scale, and improve the program and associated processes/toolsets.
Willing to address issues with a diverse, cross-functional, geo-distributed team to deliver the best result for the customer.
