Alpha is seeking an experienced and creative events leader to shape and deliver exceptional global donor experiences. This role is central to the planning and delivery of high‑profile events for Alpha’s global partners, with a particular focus on Leadership Conference and other key donor events. You will provide strategic leadership for Alpha’s donor events, working closely with senior leaders, global teams, and key stakeholders to steward and grow relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and organisations. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of the Leadership Conference 2026 partner experience and lead vision, planning, and delivery for Leadership Conference 2027. Plan and deliver exclusive, high‑value donor events, including hospitality, seating, private functions, and guest experience design. Lead Alpha’s partner-facing events at Focus 2026, in collaboration with the CEO and President’s offices. Line manage the Fund Development Events Manager and lead event staff, volunteers, and contractors. Manage suppliers, production, logistics, and on‑site delivery. Collaborate with data, marketing, and regional teams to manage guest journeys, communications, and compliance.
