WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS POSITION:

• Consult with customers to write tickets with all the correct information with the necessary instructions and measurements
• Perform all the alterations and sewing requested
• Help complete all projects during the year for the MTC and the Athletic Departments
• Keep firm perimeters on turnaround timelines and types of services we offer
• Work as a team member with other members of the laundry and tailoring area
• Help with the training of new employees
