Joining the HR team as an apprentice means becoming part of a dynamic people-focused environment where learning and collaboration are key. Supported and coached on a daily basis, the HR apprentice will gradually get up to speed by contributing to team’s day-to-day activities while developing strong professional skills. What you will be doing  Recruitment & Onboarding: * Assist in organizing the annual internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaign (planning, communication, follow-up), * Support in managing the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, * Participate in the posting on our ATS,    * Prepare administrative documents for selected candidates (contracts, onboarding files)   HR Administration:  * Maintain and update employee records in Oracle — contract types, working hours… * Create and manage employee files — onboarding new hires, updating employment status, and tracking contract end dates. * Provide accurate payroll data to the Finance team to ensure smooth and timely processing. * Manage employee accounts in Swile — from creating new profiles to deactivating accounts when employees leave. * Provide administrative support regarding invoices and communication with suppliers. * Provide support for various HR activities.   Training:  * Support the coordination of training programs — schedule sessions, manage invitations, track attendance, and ensure smooth logistics. * Maintain and update training records in the HRIS, ensuring all employee learning data is accurate and up to date. * Provide administrative support on various training projects and initiatives.   Academic Relations and Partnerships: * Assist in coordinating school events and on-campus recruitment activities, * Manage logistical preparation, * Communicate with school contacts.   Communication/Events:  * Employer Branding: Create attractive visuals and craft communications on a variety of topics. * Events: Develop creative event ideas that strengthen employee cohesion. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE  * Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Human Resources, * You have a first experience in HR,  * You are detail‑oriented, results‑driven and creative,  * Your have a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve, * French fluent and English B2 (minimum).   LES + HARMONIC FRANCE * Des événements conviviaux (Welcome Day, petit-déjeuners, challenges entreprise…). * Des cours de sport animés par des coachs diplômés. * Mutuelle complémentaire offrant de très bonnes garanties et prise en charge à 90% par l’entreprise. * Carte tickets restaurant (10,50€ par jour) * Accès à un CSE : chèques vacances, voyages, emprunts de matériel (jeux, livres, consoles, bricolage, sono…), remboursement des activités et loisirs…
