Then don’t wait any longer and join us as our future Global Retail Brand Junior (Apprenticeship) H/F As part of the Global Retail Experience team, you will contribute to strengthening brand consistency and supporting the execution of global retail marketing initiatives across Salomon Brandstores and Wholesale partners. Your main missions: Retail Marketing Animation (Brandstores & Wholesale) Assist in the rollout of global retail campaigns (seasonal programs, monthly campaigns, product launches) Contribute to the creation of retail guidelines for Performance & Sportstyle monthly campaigns as well as seasonal retail guidelines Support regional teams in the correct implementation of retail marketing tools Ensure alignment between global brand strategy and in-store executions Retail Activation (Events & Digital) Participate in the development and rollout of global retail activations, including events, consumer experiences and digital activations Support the creation of Performance & Sportstyle activation guidelines Monitor activation adoption across regions and collect KPI insights from regional teams Contribute to improving engagement and visibility in retail environments Global Coordination & Reporting Gather information from EMEA / APAC / LATAM / China retail teams regarding campaign executions and activations Consolidate regional data and highlight global brand consistency across markets Support seasonal reports, campaign reviews and performance tracking for retail marketing initiatives Local Execution – Salomon Store Annecy Assist with the implementation of retail activations in the Salomon Annecy store Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper execution of marketing tools and brand guidelines Salomon Sale Launch (SSL) – Coordination & Execution You will support the team in managing the full preparation and execution of the Salomon Sale Launch (SSL), including: Briefing creative agencies for the 3D modeling and design of window setups and showroom layouts Briefing production agencies and monitoring the development, production and delivery of all SSL materials Coordinating with Product teams and Brand Creative teams to ensure consistency of messaging, product selection and creative alignment Following the project timeline and tracking overall execution quality What this apprenticeship will bring you A rich and hands-on experience within an international marketing environment Exposure to global retail strategy and brand activation across multiple markets Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Product, Creative, Regions) Development of project management, coordination and analytical skills Understanding of retail marketing execution in both Brandstores and Wholesale networks Qualifications Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business School, Marketing, Communication, Retail or a related field. Experience: A first experience in event management, sales, retail, or digital/360° marketing (internship or apprenticeship) is a plus. Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken, as you will collaborate with international teams.
