Reporting to the Project Manager, the Alternate Project Manager will provide operational leadership and support across all aspects of the project. You will be responsible for assisting in the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of underground mining activities while ensuring compliance with statutory, client, and company requirements. You will build strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders, drive operational performance, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
