Job Description: * Review quarterly or monthly NAVs, capital allocations, carried interest calculations and management fee calculations * Review of capital calls and distributions notices * Review financial statements and address inquiries from auditors and/or third-party fund administrators as part of the annual audit * Assist with regulatory and financial compliance for internal and external reporting * Prepare forecast of fund expense budget for new funds and ongoing fund expenses * Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. tax, investor relations and middle office) * Assist in addressing investor, internal and/or external queries * Automate and document processes as needed * Strong interpersonal skills in building relationship with the team as well as internal stakeholders and third-party service providers * Ad hoc projects Qualifications / Skills: * Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS * 4+ years’ experience in private equity and/or hedge fund accounting experience * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field * Strong written and communication skills JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
