Oasis Academy Lister Park currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Alternative Learning Provision Manager, to lead the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Alternative Learning Provision for students with behaviour and SEMH needs.
Job requirements
A Degree + PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
SENCO Qualification (or willing to work towards a SENCO Qualification)
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff
Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students
