LONG TERM PROJECT 12+ MONTHS

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Alteryx Specialists with a strong background in Finance and Product Control to join our team. The successful candidates will work on a pipeline of process improvement opportunities within GBM Finance, particularly in Product Control. You will be part of a team that has organically developed Alteryx and PowerBI capabilities and will play a crucial role in increasing throughput and driving efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong proficiency in Alteryx.
· Background in Finance and/or Product Control.
· Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and engage process owners effectively.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Flexibility to work with both Canada and US teams as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience working as a Business Analyst or Data Specialist with added Alteryx skills.
· Proven track record in delivering process improvements and efficiencies.
· Understanding of financial processes and controls within a banking environment.

· Utilize Alteryx to identify and implement process improvements within GBM Finance.
· Collaborate with process owners to understand their needs and develop solutions.
· Work independently and as part of a team to solve complex problems.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process improvement initiatives.
· Potentially engage in the scaling-up of operations based on initial project success.
