Office amenities include a fitness center, cafe, and recreational facilities. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Alteryx Designer to join our data analytics and transformation practice. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data workflows to support enterprise data migration and ETL initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery across financial and operational data domains. Core Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end data workflows using Alteryx Designer to support ETL processes, data transformation, and migration initiatives. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient Alteryx workflows. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance using both Alteryx and SQL to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Build and maintain reusable, modular workflow components to optimize performance and reduce development time. Support data migration projects by mapping source-to-target data flows, identifying data discrepancies, and resolving pipeline issues. Work with financial data structures, including General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet datasets, ensuring proper handling and transformation. Document workflows, data lineage, and transformation logic to maintain comprehensive project records. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across the data engineering lifecycle. Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and recommend best practices. Required Qualifications Technical Skills 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer (Core or Expert Certification strongly preferred). Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and reconciliation across relational databases. Proven track record in ETL development and data migration projects, including experience with large-scale enterprise data environments. Ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex multi-step Alteryx workflows. Experience with data profiling, data quality checks, and source-to-target mapping documentation. Solid understanding of data transformation concepts, including joins, aggregations, parsing, and formula tools within Alteryx. Good to have skills Domain knowledge in financial data structures—specifically General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet reporting. Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience integrating Alteryx with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake. Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for downstream reporting. Knowledge of Python or R for complementary data processing tasks. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, data science, engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related discipline. Alteryx Designer Core or Expert Certification preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
