JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminium Letter Builder Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality aluminium letters for a variety of signage applications, including architectural, commercial, and retail signage. You will follow precise measurements, and use both hand and power tools, including a Letter Former CNC machine, to construct and assemble aluminium letters that meet client specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a metal fabricator, sign maker, or related field.
Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques, including welding, cutting, and finishing.
Experience with operating a Letter Former CNC machine is required.
Familiarity with various fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., CNC machines, hand tools, welding equipment).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements.
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Previous experience in fabricating signage or related projects is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients.

Fabricate aluminium letters using hand tools, saws, grinders, and other specialized equipment.
Operate the Letter Former CNC machine to accurately cut and shape aluminium to the required dimensions.
Read and interpret technical drawings, and client specifications.
Measure and cut aluminium sheets to the required size and shape.
Weld and assemble aluminium components to create durable and precise signage letters.
Perform finishing work such as polishing, painting, or powder coating aluminium letters.
Ensure all products meet quality control standards and project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as needed.
