JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking experienced Aluminum Welders to join our client’s growing team. This role involves fabricating and welding aluminum components with precision, ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced production environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of aluminum welding experience (MIG/TIG)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Experience with hand tools, fabrication equipment, and safety procedures
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Welding certification considered an asset

Responsibilities
  • Perform aluminum welding using MIG and/or TIG processes
  • Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse aluminum parts
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
  • Fabricate jigs, fixtures, and custom prototypes as needed
  • Operate metal shaping equipment such as brakes, shears, and bending machines
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
