JOB SUMMARY:
As an Alumni Coordinator for Flyland Recovery Network your goal is to build a community around recovery. You will build rapport with previous clients and hold them accountable as well as support them until they form a recovery network of their own. Whether the focus is meetings, therapy, or medication compliance, part of your responsibility includes building them up to avoid the pitfalls of early recovery.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Strategic Planning and Execution: Implement a client centered approach with the goal of leaving a lasting impression upon them both while in treatment and after discharge.
Alumni and Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with alumni, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to generate a steady stream of referrals. Marketing and Branding: Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and direct marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including website copy, brochures, newsletters, and press releases that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Flyland.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a liaison between the facility and their families while fostering open communication and collaboration to drive business growth. Provide exceptional customer service while promptly addressing client concerns and feedback as well as ensuring a positive experience throughout both the referral and admissions process. Team Leadership: Be part of a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to one another to ensure the achievement of individual and team objectives.
