Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and capable administrator to support the College’s Alumni and Development Office. The College has a diverse community of former students and maintains its connections with this community through an active events and engagement programme.
The team is expanding to support the College’s ambitious targets for the future. In this new role you will support engagement and fundraising activities by organising international alumni events and supporting overseas fundraising trips. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Development Director and wider office.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills. You will also need good attention to detail, excellent IT skills and enjoy working as part of a busy and supportive team. It is essential that you can work flexibly, as evening and weekend work is a core requirement of this role.
This is a full-time post working 37.5 hours per week.
