Reimagine What’s Possible Air Products INDURA Chile, empresa multinacional líder en soluciones industriales con más de 80 años de experiencia en gases industriales e hidrógeno a nivel mundial, está en búsqueda de un/a Alumno/a en Práctica para apoyar la gestión administrativa y operativa de procesos de capacitación en nuestro Centro Técnico INDURA (CETI) ubicado en Cerrillos, Chile. Responsabilidades principales · Programar actividades de capacitación semanalmente. · Supervisar el correcto desarrollo de cursos y talleres. · Realizar el cierre de procesos SENCE y mantener indicadores actualizados. · Ingresar información en plataformas y alimentar planillas Excel con datos relevantes. · Revisar asistencia en sistemas internos y crear libros de clase. Requisitos · Estudiante técnico nivel medio o superior en Recursos Humanos, Administración o carreras afines. · Manejo básico de Excel y paquete Office. · Actitud proactiva, responsabilidad y vocación de servicio. · Disponibilidad para jornada completa: Lunes a viernes, 8:30 a 17:00 hrs.
