Schedule:   4 shifts per week   Job hours: M-F 6:00am-10:30am Sa-Su 6:30am-11:00 am     JOB SUMMARY    The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Our Bistro Team Members master a wide variety of food & beverage functions, including cashier, barista, bartending and prep cook.  JOB DUTIES * Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guests’ service needs, assists individuals with disabilities, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation.  * This position processes all orders and collects payment from customers and aids in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests. * Monitors and maintains stock of breakfast sandwiches and other breakfast items. * This position also performs general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas. * Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. * Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others and supports team to reach common goals. * Follows end of shift bank count procedures as well as and follows property control audit standards and cash handling procedures.  * Ensures adherence to quality expectations and standards. * Performs other reasonable job duties as requested. * Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress * Flexible schedule, must be able to work mornings and evenings EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous Micros, server, cook, bartender and or restaurant experience is preferred.
