We are currently looking to fill for our summer season June-September. The position is part time. Apply today so you don’t miss out! No experience necessary but you must have a good attitude and willingness to learn and work hard! Weekends and holiday availability is necessary since those are our busiest time periods. (Exact shift hours may vary based on season and business needs.)
The pay is $7.25 per hour plus 15% tip out from each server; normally earning between $15-$20 an hour.

REQUIREMENTS

• A good attitude and professional demeanor.
• Endurance to walk and stand during your entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid food handlers permit.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  We are located a beautiful, 15 minute drive (11 miles) from the Salt Lake Valley in the heart of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Brighton, Utah. We are 1 mile from Solitude Mountain Resort and 3 miles to Brighton Ski Resort. If you love the mountains you will love to work here! We have a great team and a mountain town vibe

• Clear and clean tables and chairs after guests leave.
• Sanitize high contact surfaces constantly
• Ensure the table is wiped clean with the grain of the wood and the edges of the table are wiped every time, removing the center pieces and thoroughly wiping underneath them each time.
• Make certain the salt and paper shakers are wiped down and placed back in the middle of the table with the other centerpieces each time the table is cleaned.
• Wipe off chairs and push them under the table in an orderly manner.
• Reset tables with silverware roll-ups.
• In summer - spray off deck and outside tables and especially rims with hose, wipe dry tables and chairs.
• Turn on gas heaters and replace propane tanks as needed.
• In winter - Start wood burning fire and keep stoked and going. Restock wood as needed.
• Sweep under tables as needed.
• Maintain clean floors throughout service.
• Clean up spills as needed
• Bring waters to tables.
• Fill ice bins and maintain a full bin.
• Assist in seating guests at tables with menus as time allows.
• Ensure organization of cleaning supplies for the floors and bathrooms.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Take out trash.
• Perform deep cleaning duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
