Description
This role focuses on delivering operational and administrative support for sourcing projects and events, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal processes. You are a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines. You are comfortable working with data and digital tools and are eager to contribute to continuous process improvement. What you will do Compile and analyze data from internal and external sources to produce timely and accurate reports on category spend, savings, market trends, and supplier performance. Monitor supplier contracts, OLAs, and catalogues to ensure operational compliance. Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier base data and performance metrics. Execute sourcing and e-sourcing processes using internal digital tools, ensuring adherence to operational procedures. Assist Category Managers with the preparation of customized reports and presentations. Respond to ad-hoc administrative and operational requests from Category Teams. Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Understanding of basic sourcing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Fluent in English Familiarity with eSourcing tools (e.g., Ariba) India: VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
