Description The Windsor Court Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented AM cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality cold dishes and pantry items for breakfast and early service. The ideal candidate takes pride in presentation, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble cold menu items, including salads, fruit displays, charcuterie, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes Set up and stock the pantry station for breakfast and brunch service Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain proper food handling, labeling, and storage procedures Monitor product freshness and minimize waste Assist with prep work for other kitchen stations as needed Keep the work area clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and supervisors Requirements Previous kitchen or pantry experience preferred Basic knife skills and understanding of cold food preparation Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Food safety certification preferred If you are a passionate and skilled cook with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
