Responsibilities & Key Deliverables In depth Knowledge of Foundry Equipments of High Pressure Moulding Line/Core Centre with Core Handling Robots/Palletized Gas Fired Oven/Induction Furnace/EOT, Battery Back up, Magnet panel/Prersspour/Sand Plant sand cooller,Mixer,Belt Conveyor and Elevator/Shot Blasting/Core Shooters/Ducts Collectors /Pneumatic Sand Conveying System of Grey Cast Iron Foundry.•To Upkeep Plant & machinery with Minimum down time with Minimum cost of spares & Power •Hands on experience of Maintaining Equipments like Disa Make HPML/ Core Centre/Press pour/ Induction Furnace /Automatic Cold Box, Shell  core shooters/11 KV substation related electrical /Instrumentation /PLC programming related.•Elimination of breakdown on A,B & C rank Machines through TPM approach•Data management - MTTR, MTBF, PM, TBM , CBM ,IR , Lubrication Mgt., Kaizens / Pokayoke / MP Sheets , Energy and water mgt. Spares Mgt•Preventive maintenance for upkeep of plant & Equipment with Minimum down time like PLC /Electrical/ Electronics /Hydraulic/Pneumatic.•Execution of all improvement projects related to maintenance•Should have knowledge of spares part management related to foundry equipment and make sure all spares availability all the time•To Maintain electrical related equipment /PLC programming/electronic instruments•Ensure optimum utilization of equipment to achieve production targets & to create safe working environment.•Training of manpower based on training needs in PLC/Hydraulics, pneumatic & Induction furnace & specific technical areas•Power Supply Management -Quality analysis of input power supply, energy conservation & harmonic analysis• Knowledge of Green sand Moulding process (HPML).•Knowledge of 7QC tools, DWM, TPM, Lean manufacturing, TS 16949, 5S, OHSAS18001,EMS 14001 etc.• Knowledge of Digitization, Innovation & Low cost automation technology.• Knowledge of elemental cost e.g. Fixed/Variable. • Knowledge about change management.• Knowledge about budget planning & SOS writing•Knowledge of PLC programming/Robotics – Siemens preferred      •Hydraulic & Pneumatics-Operations & troubleshooting of Hydraulics & Pneumatics.Preferred Industries Education Qualification BE/BTechGeneral Experience 3-8 yearsGeneral Requirements Team work/ Customer focus/ Analytical ability/ Execution excellence.
