REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisor in a comparable hotel or high-end restaurant setting
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must have open availability for early AM shifts
• Must be comfortable in a temporary, fill-in capacity

ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this temporary role, you’ll lead the morning food & beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience during breakfast and brunch service. You’ll manage and motivate the team, uphold service standards, and oversee daily operations with the professionalism and energy expected in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
