Job Description We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-minded AM Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee morning food & beverage operations across breakfast, in-room dining, guest common areas, meetings and events, and afternoon tea preparation. This role is highly guest-facing and ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality at a personal level, thrives in a refined but hands-on environment, and takes pride in creating thoughtful, seamless experiences. At The Ivy, service is warm, intuitive, and highly personalized. The right candidate will lead by example, support the team, maintain high standards, and ensure mornings run smoothly and graciously for both hotel guests and restaurant patrons. Qualifications The role requires: Prior supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, fine dining, or elevated food & beverage environments preferred. Ability to set, run and organize meetings and events places including AV and buffets. Experience with or the ability to learn coffee and tea products and services. Strong service instincts and a genuine passion for hospitality. Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure. Professional appearance and polished communication skills. Comfortable working in a highly personalized, guest-focused setting where flexibility and teamwork are essential. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, steady presence during busy service periods. Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability required.
