Merchant Lending We are an end-to-end digital lending platform enabling credit access to our consumers and merchants. We partner with various financial institutes and work very closely with them to offer customized lending products. For this role, we are looking for an analytically proficient individual responsible for managing business growth across multiple programs for the business. This role will help in the end to end development of the candidate in cross functional collaboration,deep understand of the lending ecosystem and business growth Responsibilities Complete growth ownership for the repeat (and Top up) programs of the business Understand profile of the merchants and solve for awareness, consideration and final action for the loan eligible merchant pool Identify and drive pricing interventions for sticky cohorts and drive conversion goodness Ensure ToF for the program is not only retained but also grows at a certain pace. Create GTM strategies to stop merchant churn.
