Description The Crowne Plaza - Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN AM Host/Hostess. The AM Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Escort guests to their tables and present menus - Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations - Take and manage reservations - Monitor dining room for seating availability, service, safety, and cleanliness - Assist servers with table service as needed - Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members What are we looking for?
