Line Cook Location: La Jolla, California Position Overview We’re hiring experienced line cooks to join our high-volume coastal restaurant in La Jolla, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ocean views. This is a fast-paced but well-organized kitchen with a strong team and a focus on quality execution.   Pay & Schedule: * $21-25/hr + tip pool * Part-time with up to 5 shifts per week * Consistent schedules (AM and PM shifts available) * Weekends required   Available Shifts: * AM: 6:00am–2:30pm * PM: 2:00pm–10:30pm * Set days off: Monday & Tuesday   What You’ll Do: * Execute hot or cold line dishes with consistency and attention to detail * Work clean, organized, and efficiently during high-volume service * Maintain proper food safety, prep, and station organization * Communicate clearly with team and expeditor during service   What We’re Looking For: * 1–3 years of line experience in a fast-paced kitchen * Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals * Ability to stay focused and composed under pressure * Reliable, team-oriented mindset   Why Work With Us: * Structured, professional kitchen * Strong tip pool and consistent volume * Opportunity to grow with the team * Work steps from the ocean in La Jolla
