In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our outlet while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence. Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to build a high-performance culture, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning, team motivation, and implementation of effective promotional campaigns Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium customer environment Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and transparency Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives, strategic objectives, and organizational goals Handle cash management, reconciliation, and financial accuracy while maintaining compliance with financial protocols Maintain and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire staff to achieve excellence Proven sales acumen and track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment Excellent customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable strategies Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills with a collaborative approach to conflict resolution Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising best practices, and visual merchandising standards Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software Cash handling expertise with strong attention to financial accuracy and reconciliation Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by business needs Adaptability and resilience in managing dynamic retail environments and responding to changing priorities Knowledge of local languages (Hindi/Kannada) is a plus and would be beneficial for the Mysuru location Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
