We are seeking an experienced AM/PM Banquet Cook to join our team at our Lake Ozark location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a banquet cook or similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food for banquets and events
  • Create menus and recipes for banquets and events
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is safe for consumption
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
