JOB DESCRIPTION INTOWN GOLF CLUB LLC. PREP COOK Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is currently seeking a prep cook to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence. Prep Cook Responsibilities Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods. Thorough station set-up, breakdown, and line checks. Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts, include consistent execution of recipes in the following areas: Meat/Fish fabrication Sauces Baking Vegetable Prep Maintains sufficient par levels and back-ups at all times. Uphold Intown Golf Club standards of quality and freshness. Know and follow all applicable State and County food safety and Health Department standards. Assists all other employees, whenever possible, with any tasks necessary for effective guest focused restaurant operation. Expected to have honest, open communication with staff, managers and owners.
