Description Position Summary The AM Prep & Line Cook plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience across the Club’s restaurants, outlets, and private event venues. This position focuses on early-day preparation, production of high-quality ingredients, and execution of breakfast and/or lunch service on the line. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Food Preparation & Production - Prepare morning mise en place for all dining outlets and banquet operations. - Execute daily prep lists and maintain production schedules. - Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. - Assist banquet culinary team as needed. Line Cook Responsibilities - Set up, operate, and break down assigned stations. - Cook and plate menu items with precision and timeliness. - Adjust to varying service demands. - Maintain excellent communication with team members. Quality, Cleanliness & Compliance - Maintain highest standards of food safety and sanitation. - Uphold proper food handling, labeling, and storage. - Keep prep areas and equipment clean and organized. - Participate in daily and deep-cleaning tasks. Teamwork & Culture - Foster a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment. - Assist co-workers and adapt to shifting priorities. - Support club events and special functions. - Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements - 1–3 years of culinary experience preferred. - Strong knife skills and proficiency with kitchen equipment. - Ability to follow recipes and work independently. - Reliable and punctual with early morning availability. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. - ServSafe certification preferred. Responsibilities
