Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This full-time position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall success and prosperity of the AM restaurant operation from both a guest and employee perspective with an emphasis on driving quality of service, guest recognition and Open Table management to maximize cover capacity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure that professional, courteous and efficient guest service is offered, following the standards and sequence of service.
  • Establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock.
  • Handle guest service enhancements and glitch resolution in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest’s satisfaction.
  • Staying current with F&B offerings and collaborating with GM on VIP experiences, enhancements, and pop-ups.
  • Perform pre-shifts to ensure that each employee has a professional personal appearance, as well as a professional, warm and sincere posture.
  • Responsible for staff communication, training, coaching, documenting any training, disciplinary records and/or absenteeism and periodically evaluating performance.
  • They will manage all daily activities as well as assist in development and planning for future events in the outlet .
