Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations. Interact with guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks. Remove used dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. Check identification to verify patron meets legal drinking age requirement. Restock and replenish inventory and supplies. Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards. Accurately report tips and gratuities at the end of every shift. Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.
