Shift Pattern: Compressed Work Week, with 12 hour shifts and a mix of Days & Nights
Location: Leixlip, Ireland

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrate a strong Safety and Quality mindset, including Lock and Tag out procedures, Statistical Process Control, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools or need minimal training to do so
  • Willingness to follow procedures to the letter
  • Leaving certification qualification
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, etc.)
  • Hands on Preventative Maintenance experience on Planar Chemical Mechanical Polishers
  • Knowledge of Pump systems and Statistical Process Control
  • 3+ years’ experience in repetitive assembly building, re-building, and/or repair of precision mechanical devices
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and mechanical drawings is also plus
Responsibilities
  • Follow detailed specifications and procedures to the letter when performing tasks
  • Use measurement tools such as, Multimeters, Torque Wrenches, Micrometres & Callipers
  • Pre-PM tool setup/ staging – this includes fetching parts and materials needed to do the PM’s
  • Complete scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks including parts strip down, chamber cleans and rebuilds as required in Polish Pad and Head Changes
  • Complete tool monitor tests to bring the tool back to production on time and within parametric and defect parameters.
  • Workplace Organisation – Putting things away and making sure tools are in the right places and the area is clean after preventative maintenance (PM) activities by the team.
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking ability
  • Ability to develop working relationships with other people and work in a team
  • Multitasking and ability to use various tools and measurement equipment is mandatory
  • Must be flexible, a self-starter and able to achieve desired results in a dynamic team environment
