Our client is a well established pharmaceutical company that is seeking a new Amazon Account Manager to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success managing a high-volume Amazon business ($1M+ monthly preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Seller Central (or hybrid Vendor/Seller Central)
  • Background in pharma, OTC, or regulated consumer goods is required
  • Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, PPC, and marketplace dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting dashboards and Excel
  • Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal support
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience working in a lean or startup-like environment is helpful
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re hiring an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of the companies pharmaceutical brand’s on Amazon business. This is a high-impact role managing an established, high-volume Amazon business doing $1.2M/month, with support from a stable parent company and no legacy agency constraints. The ideal candidate will bring deep Amazon channel expertise, with the ability to work hands-on across PDP optimization, inventory management, restocks, and storefront strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the end-to-end management of the Amazon channel for the brand
  • Manage product detail pages (PDPs), A+ content, Amazon storefront, and brand registry
  • Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, restocks, and liaise with operations/logistics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, ad spend, ROI, and KPIs to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including customer service) to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and execute promotional and pricing strategies in coordination with leadership
  • Troubleshoot listing issues, suppressions, and Amazon policy challenges
  • Serve as internal Amazon expert, advising on best practices and growth opportunities
