Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW: AMAZON ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

The Amazon Administrator will be responsible for uploading all new products, inventory management, reviewing sales performance and pulling key reports across all our active Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, US, and potentially beyond). This person will manage all of the Amazon channels’ stock levels, ensuring we’re always in stock of key lines, whilst recognising trends and accounting for key spikes.
You’ll work closely with our highly sought after Amazon team, liaise with design to ensure product images are provided on-time, ensure our purchasing team is accommodating for our sales and don’t leave us short on stock, ensuring listings go live on time, cross-boarder orders leave on-time and with the correct documentation, and promotional opportunities are maximised.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Listing Management
  • Create, edit, and optimise Amazon product listings (creating products, suggesting and running sales, optimising all attributes).
  • Ensure listings are compliant with Amazon policies and reflect brand tone and guidelines.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in helping SEO strategies, imagery optimisation and A+ content creation to improve organic visibility.

· Inventory & Order Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure replenishment planning aligns with Amazon FBA requirements.
  • Oversee FBA shipments, track performance, and resolve logistics discrepancies, review storage fee’s and provide recommendations for sales and removals.
  • Liaise with our warehouse team and brand partners to ensure product readiness and availability.
