Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in managing an Amazon Seller Central account, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, online retail strategies and Amazon algorithms.
  • Knowledge of product research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout and Keepa.
  • Proficiency in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with UAE wholesale markets and supplier networks (preferred).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in trading, e-commerce, or retail business.
  • Understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM operations and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and keyword-rich content.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to stay competitive in the UAE marketplace.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and preventing stock outs or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify and procure high-demand and profitable products.
  • Handle order fulfillment, returns and customer service issues to maintain high seller ratings and positive feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Utilize Amazon advertising tools (PPC campaigns, promotions and deals) to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, UAE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Generate sales reports and performance analysis to support decision-making and business planning.
