Our Core Values: Grow or Die Customer Obsession Extreme Ownership Nothing is Given // Everything is Earned Be Humble 1% Better Everyday Live with Integrity Sacrifice Key Responsibilities: Catalog Management Manage and maintain all Amazon listings across US, CA, MX, UK, EU Create new listings, variations, parent-child structures Ensure data accuracy across backend attributes, keywords, and product specs Manage listing suppressions, errors, and stranded inventory Build SEO-driven titles, bullets, descriptions, alt text Creative Coordination Upload updated main images, gallery images, videos, A+ content Coordinate with Creative Team for image updates, briefs, and refreshes Own seasonal listing updates Manage Amazon Storefront updates + layout improvements Quality + Compliance Own hazard, supplement, and packaging compliance Ensure catalog meets Amazon requirements Submit tickets, escalate issues, and resolve catalog trouble Maintain brand registry integrity Launch Support Prepare listings ahead of new product launches Own pre-launch checklists Collaborate with Amazon PPC & Launch Manager Upload creative assets for launch sequences Run keyword gap analysis for new SKUs International Localize listings for CA, MX, UK, EU Coordinate with compliance for EU regulations Maintain international variation integrity Translate keywords + local market optimization Manage international storefronts Handle international catalog troubleshooting Qualifications: 1–3+ years experience managing Amazon listings Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central Strong knowledge of variation rules, attributes, and catalog logic Experience with suppressions, reinstatements, and case management Ability to write basic SEO for Amazon (titles, bullets, keywords) Extremely organized and detail-oriented Fast learner with strong problem-solving Nice-to-Have Experience with international Amazon marketplaces Experience launching new products Familiarity with A+ content and storefront editing Experience in fitness, supplements, or lifestyle brands Basic design or copywriting skills (not required) Benefits/Perks: Competitive Pay Company paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Gymreapers on-site gym!
