Job Overview
The Amazon Content Specialist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing Amazon product listings and brand presence. This Montreal-based role requires expertise in e-commerce content strategy, SEO, and hands-on experience with Helium 10. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively across teams to drive sales and brand engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content) for maximum conversion and search visibility.
  • Manage and update the Storefront and Brand Story to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Work closely with designers to create compelling imagery and infographics.
  • Ensure all content complies with Amazon regulations and brand standards.
  • Lead creative briefings for eCommerce content across multiple channels
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rate, CTR, and organic ranking to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize Amazon tools, including Helium 10, for analytics, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform data-driven content enhancements.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, brand, design, and legal teams on product launches and content updates.
  • Manage content calendars for timely updates and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon trends, policies, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new content formats and A+ enhancements to increase engagement.

Qualifications

  • Location: Must be based in Montreal
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years optimizing Amazon content and working within e-commerce environments.
  • SEO: Proven experience applying SEO strategies to e-commerce/Amazon listings.
  • Helium 10: Hands-on proficiency with Helium 10 for analysis and optimization.
  • A/B testing expertise for continuous improvement of content performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
