JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking for an exceptional Amazon Content Specialist to significantly uplift our product listings and boost our brand’s presence on the Amazon marketplace. The perfect candidate isn’t just attentive to detail and energetic; they are deeply knowledgeable about the nuances of Amazon’s platform, SEO techniques, e-commerce optimization strategies, and have a flair for creative content creation and marketing. Your expertise will be vital in leveraging these competencies to enhance our product visibility, captivate potential customers, and catalyze sales growth.
You will need to demonstrate proficiency in managing Amazon Bulk Product updates via Microsoft Excel CSV, paired with a robust ability to produce engaging, high-quality content that strikes a chord with our audience. This role demands skill in crafting enticing product descriptions, designing informative and visually appealing images and graphics, and formulating strategic, keyword-dense content to boost product findability and conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Content Specialist or in a similar role within e-commerce.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s Seller Central platform.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Bulk Product updates using CSV and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using analytics tools to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in 3D rendering and video production will be considered as an asset for this role.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, will be an asset for this role.
  • Experience with A/B testing for content optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance on Amazon.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance product discoverability and ensure alignment with Amazon’s search algorithms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals, including images, infographics, and videos, to enhance product listings.
  • Create or edit 3D renderings, still images and videos to develop most engaging visual contents.
  • Develop clear storyline for the product listing page and brand page contents.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to Amazon’s guidelines and best practices.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance product rankings within Amazon’s search results.
  • Utilize experience in Amazon Bulk Product updates using CSV to efficiently manage and update product information at scale.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and conduct regular competitor analyses to identify opportunities for content improvement and differentiation.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure that the quality of our contents are ahead of our competition
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data insights to refine content strategies, optimizing for maximum engagement and sales conversion.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align product listings with broader promotional campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on product listings, leveraging feedback to improve product offerings and content quality.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for content and visuals to identify the most effective approaches for enhancing product appeal and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure product content accuracy, including availability, pricing, and specifications.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Amazon platform best practices, content creation, and optimization techniques.
  • Leverage Amazon’s promotional tools, such as Amazon Sponsored Products and A+ Content, to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, staying up-to-date with changes and advising the team on necessary adjustments to strategies or listings.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers and third-party content creators, to enhance brand visibility and credibility on the Amazon platform.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track listing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that contribute to business objectives.
