As an Amazon Digital Operations Manager you will be an integral part of the Amazon Digital Global Logistics Operations team responsible for ensuring delivery of a world class end to end customer experience. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities include: - Optimize inbound and outbound inventory management for Mexico, including factory logistic coordination, logistic solutions and placement strategies. - Lead complex analysis to drive key strategic decisions. - Identify opportunities to deliver step-changes in supply chain operations. - Liaise daily with cross functional teams to effectively manage key team objectives Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience - Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control - Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
