Mid America Motorworks, a leading name in the automotive aftermarket, is seeking an Amazon & eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to support and grow our online presence across major digital sales platforms. This role is based in Effingham, Illinois (62401) and offers a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience on Amazon and beyond.

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Amazon & eCommerce Marketplace Specialist, you’ll take charge of creating, maintaining, and optimizing product listings across Amazon and other third-party eCommerce platforms. From accurate product data to compelling visuals and optimized keywords, you’ll ensure our digital storefronts represent the excellence of the Mid America Motorworks brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or other online retail platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400 preferred) and eCommerce software tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and product marketing.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities independently.
• Automotive knowledge is beneficial but not required.

• Manage product listings across Amazon and other online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in images, descriptions, pricing, videos, and keywords.
• Enter and process online orders into the AS400/ERP system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across multiple digital platforms.
• Upload new products using vendor files, data sheets, and reports.
• Collaborate with third-party software tools to enhance listing visibility and sales.
• Oversee shipping, returns, and customer service workflows related to eCommerce orders.
• Assist with call overflow during high-volume customer service periods.
• Support promotional efforts across digital storefronts to drive traffic and conversion.
