QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing in an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment
  • Experience in consumer goods or office products industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles; social media skills desired

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Proven data management and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for Amazon.
  • E-commerce and digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with marketplace tools such as Helium 10 or DataDive

THE ROLE

At Intelligent Change, we create products that help people live better every day. Our Amazon channel is one of our key growth levers, and we’re looking for a results-driven Amazon Growth Manager to take it to the next level.
The ideal candidate is a driven e-commerce growth expert with a blend of analytical, creative, and strategic skills. You will own the performance of our Amazon portfolio – maximizing product visibility, executing high-impact marketing strategies, and driving profitability across multiple marketplaces. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage and execute sales, promotions, advertising, and forecasting to deliver measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver profitability and growth on Amazon by setting strategy and executing on marketing, sales, and merchandising initiatives to hit revenue and profit targets.
  • Oversee marketplace performance across all marketplaces while managing organic growth levers, paid advertising, and overall profitability.
  • Optimize listings for visibility and conversions by conducting keyword and competitor research, enhancing product content, and collaborating with Creative on high-performing visuals.
  • Run and refine PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to achieve set KPIs and scale profitably.
  • Plan and execute promotions including deals, coupons, and pricing strategies with clear performance reporting.
  • Analyze growth opportunities through market, customer, and competitor insights to increase share and ranking.
  • Collaborate with Operations on forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining premium shipping eligibility.
  • Report on performance metrics such as sales, profitability, account health, customer feedback, compliance, and shipping while making data-driven recommendations.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly by working with Customer Service and Amazon Seller Support.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Stay ahead of changes in Amazon policies, category trends, and best practices to protect and grow account health.
