Description

Manage Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central operations across catalog, content, pricing, promotions, and brand presence.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, keywords, product attributes, variations, and content enhancements to improve conversion and organic visibility.
Own catalog health and compliance by monitoring listing quality, resolving suppressions, managing content contribution issues, and maintaining high Item Data Quality (IDQ) standards.
Execute and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous performance improvement.
Monitor business performance and maintain weekly reporting across key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency, catalog health, content quality, inventory availability, and profitability.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Category Management, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure strong retail readiness, inventory availability, and successful promotional execution.
Support new product launches from setup through growth phase, ensuring listings, advertising, content, inventory, and reporting are in place from launch.
Work cross-functionally with creative and content teams to improve product detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and overall customer experience.
Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, issue trackers, and process improvements to ensure efficient and repeatable execution.
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, generate actionable insights, automate routine tasks, and scale execution across Amazon marketplace activities.
