Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Operations Monitor (FBA / FBM) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Remote Work Hours: Flexible, but must align with core business hours Job Overview: We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, find a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Operations Monitor to ensure the smooth daily operation of their Amazon storefront. In this role, you will act as the control tower for Amazon operations, proactively monitoring listings, inventory, seller support cases, account health, and operational alerts to prevent issues before they impact sales, customer experience, or account performance. Responsibilities: Continuously monitor Amazon Seller Central for operational issues across FBA and FBM, ensuring listings remain active, searchable, and properly indexed Track inventory levels, inbound shipments, and flag low-stock or stockout risks Monitor and manage Seller Support cases and internal operational tickets, ensuring timely resolution Track account health metrics, including Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Cancellation Rate, and customer complaints Identify and resolve operational alerts such as listing suppressions, Buy Box loss, pricing errors, FBA delays, and catalog conflicts Oversee customer messages, feedback, and reviews, ensuring timely responses and escalation when needed Provide daily operational summaries covering inventory risks, listing health, case status, operational alerts, and performance metrics Must-Have: 3+ years of experience managing or monitoring Amazon Seller Central operations Strong knowledge of FBA and FBM processes Experience with Seller Support case management and operational ticket tracking Understanding of Amazon account health policies and metrics Familiarity with inventory forecasting and listing troubleshooting Nice-to-Have: Experience with multiple Amazon marketplaces or international Amazon accounts Knowledge of automation tools or reporting software for eCommerce operations Background in eCommerce performance analytics or data-driven operational optimization
